Pros

Lots of work around Christmas time. Managers willing to work around your schedule. Opportunities for advancement. Convenient locations. Learn how to become a better photographer!

Cons

Only 10 minutes in the camera room with the guests. Way too rushed and impersonal. Too many rules about what shots to take leaves little room for creativity. Huge turnover in employees Disorganized

Pros

The best reason to be a part timer is that after 6 months, you are given vacation pay. Otherwise the only perk is that you're creating a memory.

Cons

You may have a full shift then get sent home after 1 hour. If there is a problem with management, the District Manager and HR never get back to you and address your issue. The raises are horrible. Sometimes we don't get a lunch break.

Pros

Some nice people Some nice kids

Cons

Very physicaly demanding Little pay milage reimburment is a joke. It does not cover the wear and tear on your vehicle for driving so many miles each day. They expect you to work miracles with little time alloted for each child
