Pros

Good work life balance when I first started Office social Team tried hard to make it a pleasant place to work Colleagues are smart and hardworking, they hire really skilled people

Cons

Growth opportunities are not easily recognised and you have to keep asking for it, but it's like in most corporations. Lack of direction and advice from the management re growth and learning. In the recent years they introduced Return to office with 3 days in the office now, even though some good employees have to travel for hours so there is no personal approach to it. Teams have also become competitive and political through how they are managed from the top, it does seem less and less collaborative.
