Pros

New building, great break room, friendly management, to the point scheduling and responsibilities

Cons

Management varies location to location, owners also vary and can make a few of their own rules (being that it's a franchise), you're hired for a specific classroom for a specific block of time, so you better like/get along with/hope you can work well with whoever is in your room. There are some black sheeps.

Pros

Funny to read some of these reviews.. Because I have never worked for somewhere that cared as much as my administrative team does. I recently have had very personal difficulties and this company stepped up more than I could imagine to be there for my family and I. With that being said.. Everyone I work with has become family, the kids are the reason I get up every morning and come to work. There is so much growth in the company if you commit and show your dedicated. I see a little lightbulb go off in all my students mind everyday because of the curriculum lightbridge implements . I've honestly never been happier working anywhere else.

Cons

Pay? I mean I guess so, that's an area everyone wants more in.. Right?!. Day to day complications have always had room for growth and resolution. There was never an issue I have had that I didn't feel like I can speak on with anyone in the school. The door is always open.

Pros

The children are wonderful and the families that understand your role and what it's like to be in a classroom with 15+ toddlers or preschoolers every day, my peers are wonderful people and for the most part, easy to get along with, not difficult to create or implement lesson plans (given enough options and ideas), fun activities for the children are brought in occasionally, clean building, cleaning rules and regulations are clearly stated and laid out with supplies never running out, medical insurance options for full time employees, PTO for full time employees (if you can get it approved....)

Cons

Too many rules concerning uniforms, given a hard time when trying to call out for an illness (why everyone gets sick!), awful turnaround on employees, lack of substitute teachers, administrators are rarely around (take off/leave early for every little thing under the sun while we are expected to work with fevers, illness, sick children at home), expectations for learning and education are seriously low for what they boast during tours, administration is more worried about the $$$ than what the employees are actually able to do, they give in to almost every parent demand (not happy? just threaten to pull your child and it will be changed for you instantly) making it difficult to do what is required by the state (nap time ratios, nap time rules), enrollment rates continue to skyrocket while raises for teachers are at only a few cents minimum, not paid a livable wage for the amount of work that is expected and hours spent preparing lessons and time at the school, I have to work a second part-time job just to afford my bills
