Pay is good enough to live on.

Cons

Poorly run. Hr is horrible and is trying to remove the union. Schedule is horrible. Your expected to meet production requirements even when your machine is not working.

Opportunities to grow within the company to better yourself and your net worth. Many training opportunities, employee tuition reimbursment, competitive health benefits, and good wages. Safety is always first. Great diversity training sessions.

Cons

You need to be a team player. I can imagine it's hard if you are not a team player.
