Great job as a stepping stone but terrible company to work for

Pros

There are some great people who have been around for a while although they are starting to leave or get told to leave as well

Cons

The company is high stress and the pay is low for the area. Opening meeting are before normal work hours and work life balance is a myth. International calls well into the night and unreality expectations with resources provided.

Everything. The interview and hiring process is a complete joke and gets even worse once hired on Management and corporate structure are both literally stuck in the 1980's Lack of innovation. Lack of progression. Lack of skilled workers. Lack of common sense. Ofs needs a total revamp, starting from the top down.
