Pros
Many good people work very hard for this company. There’s something of a sense of family amongst employees. Reasonable salaries and benefits.
Cons
Upper management and many middle managers don’t have a clue of what their employees actually do on a day-to-day basis. They don’t value the vital contributions that the rank and-file employees make. There’s a lack of downward communication in this company that results in “the blind leading the blind.”
