      Pros

      - Forward thinking and innovative teams across all functions. - Small company feel with large company depth of talent. - Collegial environment where people really care about each other and our clients. - Ability to drive your career in a direction that's right for you.

      Cons

      - Although improving, our rapid growth slightly outpaced updates to support infrastructure and systems. This was magnified by hardware shortages brought on by the pandemic. - Big ambitious ideas occasionally cloud the here-and-now work on the ground. Hard to put "ambition" in the "cons" category, but here it is.

      Great culture, great leadership, and great vision!

      Cons

      I can't think of any downsides to working other than the fact that it is working and not being in retirement. Is Lighthouse perfect? No, of course not, but it is a great place to work and if you have to work in this business, I wouldn't want to work anywhere else.

      Looking Forward to the Future

      Pros

      With growth comes change. Lighthouse has gone through a few changes in my time here and each change has brought a more exciting future, direction and challenge. I am very excited about this last change and working with the new management. I see great things ahead and am looking forward to the future for Lighthouse under Ron and the team supporting him.

      Cons

      I would love to see the Company continue in the direction and helping to simplify and standardize. As we have grown we have had some disjointed processes and systems. I am excited to see that we are now focusing on bringing consistency to these areas. It will help with reducing manual and double work.
