      Pros

      Lighthouse has been a great place for me to not only be introduced to eDiscovery but to grow and become a vital part of the Advisory team. Leadership is very thoughtful of your needs as an employee both in pay and benefits. With Flex PTO, PTO is not only expected but encouraged by the leadership. Culture is very important and even as a remote employee, I do not feel as if I am separated from the rest of the company.

      Cons

      At times, projects and expectations are a little vague and difficult to get going. This is not entirely unexpected in Advisory as many projects can be ad hoc in their needs and requirements.

      Remote possibilities - I get to live my dream of being in the midwest, close to the Rocky Mountains while working for major eDiscovery clients around the country. Career growth potential - upward mobility - I am up for promotion as I celebrate my 2nd anniversary at LH Women and minorities in the workplace - LH has a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion. Work Life Balance - It is not all about the work - which makes me a better employee!

      Pros

      This company is full of smart, competent people who are a pleasure to work with. The culture encourages transparency and resourcefulness, and despite most of the workforce being remote, there is genuine camaraderie.

      Cons

      The company has grown quickly, so there are a few processes that could be smoother.
