Pros

Today marks my one year anniversary at Lighthouse. I am incredibly happy that I made the jump from big law to Lighthouse! *Lighthouse has an amazing culture that is focused on employees being their authentic selves for me that is a driven, strong woman, a military wife, a parent both human and fur, and team player! *The huge perk is the global ambassador role that let's me work remotely from anywhere in the world. *The compensation is competitive and evaluated annually across the whole team to assure it is distributed equitably.

Cons

*With remote work there is always going to be a bit of a hurdle at any company to connect with your colleagues on a personal layer. However, Lighthouse goes above and beyond to try and compensate by providing opportunities for employees to meet up in social settings throughout the year.
