Lighthouse is the only company that I've been with over a 20+ year career that really does walk the walk. Leadership cares and invests in their people. The culture is incredible. The people are amazing. It's a positive, challenging and collaborative environment. The company also embraces diversity which I believe is very important and key to success for any organization.

Cons

Lighthouse is growing fast and at times we experience growing pains.

Pros

Lighthouse has given me the opportunity to grow in my career and resources to learn new skills throughout my tenure. In the past two years, I've been able to broaden my scope of influence and attend multiple training-related conferences and classes - i.e. the company wants to invest in it's people. Lighthouse is always looking for new ways to improve upon current processes and really listens to employees. The best part of my job is the team I get to work with day in and day out. I'm still excited to go to work and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

Cons

At times, you're expected to work long hours, but the work is motivating and meaningful. There is plenty of flexibility to take time when you need it.
