Pros

No nonsense culture focused on outcomes and customers. Internal processes are streamlined and all voices are heard in a conversation. It isn't about who is the most senior, it is about what creates the best product and the best experience. Some of the smartest, most focused people I have ever met.

Cons

Working in a quickly evolving market means adapting to change. Priorities change quickly, which can lead to work being shelved or timelines accelerated.

Pros

As a true startup, it provides a fast-paced environment that accelerates both personal and professional growth. I've been given the chance to tackle large projects and exceed my own expectations, all while being supported by leadership that pushes me to do more. As with any startup, there are ups and downs, but that’s part of what makes the experience so rewarding. The fast-paced, high-energy environment encourages you to constantly improve and exceed expectations. One of the best aspects has been the opportunity to work cross-functionally, learning from teams across the company. If you thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and want to grow, this is the place for you.

Cons

No cons. I shared a suggestion with the leadership team about the desire for more team connections during our offsite, with fun projects and activities, and the executives immediately acted on that feedback. We just had a successful offsite, and I'm looking forward to the next one.

If you want to be on the bleeding edge of AI and machine learning, Lightning AI is the place to be. I've been surrounded by passionate and skilled experts in this space and have learned a tremendous amount. Comp and benefits are great, and I've enjoyed our company offsites quarterly to meet up and hang out.

It's a startup, things are naturally a bit chaotic
