Pros

Flexible with Remote work options. This company has been keeping kids safe on their school devices for years. They have good benefits and are dog-friendly in the office.

Cons

I can't speak to that. I was happy to be there.

Pros

Supportive Managers Team Collaboration- everyone is very willing and able to jump in to support 1:1 CSM : Engineer allows clients to get resolutions faster Work from home The products are very meaningful in protecting students

Cons

CS department is new, so it look a little while to find the ebb and flow of the workday and getting to a point of being proactive instead of reactive.

Pros

This organization is extremely collaborative and puts each district team front and center of all interactions and decisions. People are mission-driven and each team cross-functionally wants to work hard, problem solve, and support all district teams in their efforts throughout the school year.

Cons

This is true for all organizations, but you have to want to do the work, and work hard to get the results. There will be tons of support systems in place; however, it's ultimately up-to-you to decide how you would like to use those systems to best support your district teams.
