      Flexible work environment, great start up type feel with rapid growth and opportunities

      Pros

      Rapid growth. Lots of autonomy to create your role and help build the business. The Louisville office is very flexible and relaxed. People work very hard, but don't take themselves too seriously

      Cons

      The pace is fast due to high growth. You have to be very comfortable with ambiguity and taking initiative as all the answers may not be readily available
