Pros

Management was flexible and straight forward with you. Did not micro manage.

Cons

Salary was paid by the mileage and payload but they did not take into account time sitting in traffic and waiting your turn to unload the truck at certain customers with only one bay door.

Co-workers are exceptional with in the field and corporate.

Cons

Lily has become just another Corporation and the employees are a number and you are expendable. Increased work volume and expectations of the minion pool. They would rather pay $$$$ for a revolving door of employees than pay $$ quality employees to stay.
