Lily is understanding, flexible, reasonable, and fair to their drivers. Equipment is great, hours aren't too bad.

Cons

Stop and Shop distribution center is a disaster- inconsistencies loads, almost always hours late and insecured. Receiving stores are understandably frustrated, and are getting hostile with drivers over problems caused by the warehouse.
