      Pros

      Work to be very competitive in the marketplace for pay and benefits. They also do a great job with employee morale, by lots of positive recognition and cookouts. Wish I hadn't left.

      Cons

      The customers can be difficult to deal with, but you have lots of support when you need help. Medical benefits are a little expensive for the coverage.
