      Plesant atmosphere, flexible working hours, challenging tasks, and what's greatest - people. We have an amazing team and open-minded C-level. I feel lucky to work here!

      Pros

      This is the kind of company that provides great growth opportunities and encourages you to do so in every possible way. They will gladly pay for you most of the amount for courses / conferences / certifications. After all, when you grow, the company grows with you. Also, any of your initiatives will be considered, and most likely will receive the green light for implementation.

      Cons

      This is a very subjective thing, everyone can find disadvantages for themselves. Everything suits me completely.
