Majority of the co-workers are brilliant and see the dumpster fire that this company has become. They are all looking for a new job as well.

Cons

• June 15, 2022 they laid off 10 people with a small severance • July 4th weekend there they had an over million dollar concert that everyone had to go to • August 1st they furloughed without notice around 30 more people, with only 3 months of healthcare • Don't bother trying to get promoted, there is no career progression path, unless you are best friends with the owner • Horrible leadership that does not learn from mistakes, even though they tell everyone else to learn at their daily 7:30am calls
