Pros

Some of the people working here are very nice and helpful. I'm sure outside of Lincare they are all good people.

Cons

No learning and development plan, no performance feedback and endless micromanagement. There is a feud between leaders within the organization that creates animosity within the same department. When ideas are presented, they are shot down without a thought if it would work. Then it is held against you that you are not bringing ideas to the table.

insurance, vision, 401K, dental, vacation and sick time

Cons

HR and Management like District Manager do not care about you. HR only cares about protecting the managers. The regional manager I had, left us with 3 staff members, not manager, and offered zero help when he came to our location. He was not a team player.
