My coworkers if you have a good core of people in your office it is somewhat bearable.

Cons

Upper Management. Staring with the area manager if your area manager isn't good and unfair you don't stand a chance. Regional Manager if you area manager isn't any good your not going to get help from your regional manager. After 30 years in the workforce this was by far my worst experience working for a company. In closing I would say work anywhere else other than this place.

chance to make good commissions if you put in the time. Communication at my office was excellent

Cons

Some of the sales software was not helpful. Lots of waiting on commission checks and you had to track $ to be sure you were paid
