Solid company with a long history in the respiratory service industry. You can make real money if you put in a couple of solid years.

Cons

You have to fight for commissions, expenses, and credit for your setups. You have to work too hard for too little money.

You will be given opportunities whether you like or not. Patients do appreciate the fine caring people who do care about them.

Cons

Far too many cons to individually list. Management will consistently pressure you to "Grow Your Business". "Grow Your Business" and you can expect a change to how the bonus' will be paid (Rest assured it will not be in your favor). Continue to "Grow Your Business" and expect another change to your threshold making it almost impossible to hit goal. It can be done with a strong staff however burnout runs ramped and mandatory terminations (for minor violations) pose a big problem. As long as you understand good will never be good enough you'll be fine. Pay rates are consistently below industry standard while the demands and expectations are always increasing. RUN, RUN AWAY...
