Health insurance, 120 hrs of PTO

Cons

Training ( all video and learning on your own), management doesn’t care about patients just the money coming in, most RT don’t stay past 2 years. Too much driving with minimal compensation.

My coworkers if you have a good core of people in your office it is somewhat bearable.

Cons

Upper Management. Staring with the area manager if your area manager isn't good and unfair you don't stand a chance. Regional Manager if you area manager isn't any good your not going to get help from your regional manager. After 30 years in the workforce this was by far my worst experience working for a company. In closing I would say work anywhere else other than this place.
