      Pros

      Good Company Good Values--has a real dedication to education and fairness to students. Solid technical training for automotive and diesel technicians. May get into alternative fuels and hybrid technology which is needed by the marketplace.

      Cons

      Tough regulatory climate for technical training industry. Causes many tough audit & compliance problems for both students and schools. Industry very unpredictable at this point for young people.

      Campus Director is harsh and often stressed. He has no idea on how to speak to his employees.

      Pros

      Great place to gain experience. I had no issue for the time I was there. Seemed to be a fun place to work.

      Cons

      a little behind in technology, most of everything was still done by paper. Benefits wasn't all that great and the employee morale was on a downward slope.
