      Pros

      You get to help students reach their full potential.

      Cons

      Management is horrible, I been there a month. I was humiliated, and they don't give new leads you have to prove yourself first. The director of admissions is horrible gossiping and no healthy competition. I was followed no help from HR or campus president they all cool with each other. It was a horrible experience. 6 people left when I first started I should of known something wasn't right.
