      Pros

      Loved the people. Many of them were quite fun, sociable and even a bit relaxed. They were the best part of working at Lincoln. There was never a feeling of being under immense pressure and certainly nothing that couldn't be talked through.

      Cons

      Lack of hours and a severe lack of upward mobility hindered personal fulfillment and job satisfaction. I offered them many skills that were not valued or simply overlooked.

      Pros

      Absolutely nothing good to say about this place.

      Cons

      Completely corrupt from the top to the bottom. The only thing this place cares about is themselves. Salary is low, health benefits are expensive and don't cover anything. Chinese overtime, the more hours you work they pay you less after your initial 40. High turn around for every position no one has been here for more than a few years as it is completely miserable.
