      Pros

      Admission of motivated & capable students. The employees are dedicated and interested in doing a great job. It is an honor to educate.

      Cons

      Employer pays Nursing Instructors a sub par uncompetitive salary which is absurd. No advancement opportunities. The company is publicly traded on the New York Stock Exchange at roughly $0.41 cents per share. Company is likely going to delisted on the stock exchange. Management recently borrowed a significant dollar amount in the millions. The senior leadership does not invest in their employees. There is persistent employee turnover.
