Hands-off approach gives some instructors too much leeway during course delivery, often taking students off track with incomplete coverage of course material. Additionally, some courses are poorly defined and require much prep or ad-lib teaching. As with any company, corporate designs often don't reflect the sentiments and needs of the local environment.
