      Pros

      The company has excellent instructors, with many years of experience in their fields. They truly care about the students that come here. I feel that for the most part we turn out a good graduate with the skills needed to be in the field they chose to come to school for.

      Cons

      The cooperate structure needs some work, it takes forever to get anything done, or approved. We need more marketing money to compete with the competition.

      Pros

      Great atmosphere and wonderful co-workers, willingness to work with others and there schedules was a big plus. Lincoln was a awesome place to work I made great friends and gained lifetime experiences.

      Cons

      Inability to gain the student population needed to keep the school opened cause the doors to close way to soon.

      Pros

      The administrative staff was very supportive and a feeling of commeraderie was always present. I.T. instructors were strongly knowledgeable. The nursing department is effectively run by William Gottshall. His staff is dedicated and provide excellent customer service to all students.An instructor could not ask for a better executive director than Mark Buck. He is a strong leader with an open door policy. I never felt overwhelmed or under appreiciated or alone.Great company culture.

      Cons

      Some of the nursing instructors could be prima donnas but they were still enjoyable coworkers and they never shortchanged the students
