      Good benefits, health insurance and life insurance etc. This part of the job is really good, rest ......well...

      Been with this school for 4 years and it has been a living heck. Ive seen tons of people come and go. Its a toxic job. Mostly due the national admissions directors unrealistic expectations. Its a use em up and throw em out kind of job. No respect for employees, everyone is just the "Help"

      Awful, feel real bad for students

      Pros

      Most everyone passes your classes and if not we just give them little fun activities to earn points on tests , so they can pass

      Cons

      Allowing a few of students to graduate knowing they had substance abuse problems, disrupting class consistently , I have had many discussions with the dean but she did not do anything about this issue
