      Lincoln is a family centric company and truly believe that family comes first. Lincoln embodies developing their own employee through internal growth training programs.

      Cons

      Lincoln is a company who is very conservative and follows all regulations in relation to being a proprietary educator. This at times limits the flexibility that the company has.

      Not able to work hyrid/remotely. Claims it has to be earned.
