Can advance, but not appreciated, the more you do, the more they give you to do!

Satisfying to assist students achieve their goals. And getting a paycheck. That's all!
Cons
Upper management only cares about admissions (sales) and education is not important. Equipment outdated/old but admissions gets all sorts of lunches, dinners, vacation days, etc. just for doing their job! Students given a forum for their input, but only the tiniest/most inexpensive complaints are taken care of, just to say that "they are listening". Very decadent towards their upper management, even paying for annual trip to Atlantic City for 3-4 day "convention". That $ could be used towards bettering the actual schools!!! Instructional staff works very hard, but again, certain "expensive" programs get all of the good stuff, and management's ear, getting away with murder.
