      Pros

      Good place to get foot in the door.

      Cons

      Management let gossip take over. Everyone is passive aggressive instead of handling problems directly. Management is secretive. Management goes out to lunch after firing employees to celebrate. Campus president tries to use manipulation to control employees. Favoritism!!!

      Fairly good Course outlay, strict on students for following rules

      Cons

      AS with most schools, pay and supervisory mgt. skills isn't up to industry levels as far as base pay levelsand quality of leadership making it difficult for good staff and for long term careers.
