      Pros

      I was excited at first for my job; I was hyped up about fulltime work at home employment.

      Cons

      I was totally micromanaged. I thought I would actually have the freedom to do my job; I did not. Somebody was doing what I should have been doing and that person was above me; I could never win.

      Pros

      Good salary, decent amount of freedom and autonomy to do my job in the best way I believe, helping kids get further training and education to help them into good careers. Overall, the company seems to take care of its employees as long as you appear to buy into the corporate culture that it cultivates.

      Cons

      This company tends to micro manage its employees. Lots of travel involved in my position. There is a lot of pressure to get kids to sign up and enroll in the school. The bottom line for the company seems to be generating as much cash from student loans and grants. I'm still undecided if I agree with the company's general philosophy. As someone who has a considerable amount of student debt, it's hard at times to encourage young students to take on student loan debt as well.

      Pros

      autonomous and able to work in schools with lots of great kids

      Cons

      lots of mis-truths propagated by the school. students don't get the value for their dollar. crazy hours on the road and never at home.
