Most of my colleagues at my campus were very nice.

Cons

They put more unto then what is in your job description. If your salaried, required to work overtime without overtime pay. Process they have is a mess for how my campus was run. Staff seems to be winging it each day with no concreate plan. Only cares about making profit than quality of the education. Outdated curriculum for the students. High turnover rate. No proper training on how to use education software. Outdated systems and software, they always break everyday. Micromanaged on every little thing weekly. Compensation is below what the market is paying.
