For profit company that is just about that. Campuses aren't that integrated so if you get poor Directors or most importantly a poor President, it severely effects your experience. Current President is terrible.

Good work/life balance, that’s about it.

Cons

Pay incredibly low. Morale is nonexistent. Building is straight out of the seventies and needs some serious updating. Lack of training and incentives to go the extra mile.
