      Pros

      Great co workers, family atmosphere. Gained valuable experience. Opportunity to guide prospective students toward a meaningful career.

      Cons

      Poor work life balance. Disconnect between all aspects of the company. You never produce enough. Compensation is low for what you produce. Lack of clarity for what you aspect of the job you are responsible for. No room for growth.

      Great, hard-working people; close knit All are working towards the same goal of excellence

      Room for advancement doesn't apply to everyone Upper management not the best in some departments Sometimes management shows a lack of interest in the "little people" No real "perks" at the company anymore FAVORITISM, sometimes things are not handled fairly
