      Not a bad place to work. Senior Representatives have all been here for a long time. This company is very conservative.

      Pros

      You are helping people to change their lives everyday. Never a dull moment. There is continuing education to ensure representatives are always compliant with DOE regulations.

      Cons

      Hours are very long, and start dates are continuous. There is no work life balance. The only way to be successful is to put in many hours on a continuous bases. Taking a few days off sets you back from your year to date goal.

      Pros

      Overall the relationship with the vocational tech students are excellent & rewarding. In some case you become the parent they hardly/never had. Students from other countries are usually outstanding!

      Cons

      Pay is not commensurate with job duties. Many corporate and director/front office tasks are assigned to instructors.
