Nashville Auto-Diesel College (NADC) is truly an amazing place to work. The sense of purpose, camaraderie, and dedication to student success makes it a rewarding environment for both staff and faculty. What has made the biggest difference in recent months is the leadership. The new leader has brought a renewed energy and vision to the campus, creating a culture of accountability, transparency, and genuine care for both employees and students. Under this new leadership, communication has improved, morale is higher, and there's a clear direction for growth and excellence. It’s exciting to be part of a team that’s not just doing a job—but making a real impact. NADC is moving forward, and I’m proud to be part of it.

I enjoy working at Lincoln Tech East Point. I look forward to coming to work. My coworkers are not just coworkers. They are my family. The company promotes growth within. I truly feel like I'm here to make a difference with every student that crosses my path. It's not work when you enjoy what you do.
