      Pros

      Helping students graduate so they can achieve their goals

      Cons

      Campus President and staff play mind games with employees. Many times they will ask you your opinion and use it against you. NO trust between staff. Everyone complains about their job in Indianapolis. This campus has been through 6 different Education Deans and 4 Presidents in the 3 years i was employed. The one currently there cannot be trusted.

      Pros

      Educate teenagers about the diversity of education.

      Cons

      Employer will never be satisfied with the quantity of work done, you could consistently exceed all expectations and you'll always be asked for more. They will settle a big number of unqualified students than to do the right thing and educate a smaller quantity that's a good fit for the school.
