Pros

I enjoyed traveling between centers and working with a diverse group of students. I also enjoyed learning new behavior techniques while working with students.

Cons

There was not enough upward movement and low pay for the demand of the position. Not enough opportunities for newer staff.

Pros

Very fun to work with kids and see their progress. Became very close with other clinicians and learned a lot as a first tutoring job.

Cons

You get paid 14/hr when the parents are paying 118/hr. They do not respect clinicians although you are the ones with the children the whole day. Very tiring.

Pros

You get to work with a lot of great kids. Co-workers are amazing. During the off-season, the company is very flexible with your scheduling needs. Amazing traveling opportunities in the summer.

Cons

Takes a long time to be a regular employee. During the off-season, it can feel like there's a competition for hours some weeks. The 4th of July is not a holiday.
