Pros

Friendly staff. Opportunities for advancement. The kids are nice. Looks good on a resume especially at a special ed school.

Cons

Schedules are hectic. Low pay for clinicians. Although management keeps saying how much good you are doing for kids that really need it the majority of the students are very affluent and don't need the extra assistant
