Pros

Many opportunities to build positive relationships with coworkers and clients. Flexible work hours. Paid training. Fun environment. A recurring summer job, if you are interested in doing it for multiple summers.

Cons

Much of the work you do with clientele is repetitious and monotonous, however, the progress they make is worth it. It can also be mentally and physically draining, depending on the age, maturity and attitude of your client. Also, not many full-time positions are available, so I wouldn't look at this position as a career-building experience.
