      No career growth and delusional Management

      No pros in joining ROC Linde HICOM

      Cons

      Management always giving big "motivational" talk. Playing favouritism to certain individuals. Expect 0 growth in the company as the company is running out of budget to even give a decent increment. Managment never listen, and came up with unreasonable requests. Always very rude to team members. Extremely poor work ethics. New hire joining will be squeezed with empty promises.
