      Good Company Not Great Pay

      Pros

      People are friendly and competent, generally well managed, pretty good safety focus.

      Cons

      Pay is the main issue. It's not awful but it isn't competitive and means they struggle to fill certain positions. It's also looking like a worse company after the merger. Be aware it's generally better to work for ops than engineering.
