      HQ is thorny, but global locations thrive

      Pros

      Difficult to identify any pros other than global locations and offices seem to thrive without HQ watch tower.

      Cons

      **Leadership take an elitist approach to filling roles with people that look like them. **Window dressing diversity attempts. **Middle management are middle management = completely mid and only try to stay under radar to avoid conflict. **HR is a nightmare: tyrannical, unempathetic and unreliable. **Employee surveys are chuck full of phony data. **IT is pretty solid but overworked. **Safety culture takes a cult-like approach. **Lots of excess baggage in many departments filled with legacy employees who are apathetic. **Coworkers all anxious worriers wondering who will turn on them, every one for themselves.

      Pros

      Culture is good, as for work, when there is work then it is busy when there is no work then it is easy. Continuous process. There are people to guide you so don't worry. Benefits are good .

      Cons

      HR sometimes can be slow. There is no systematic progression so you got to please people to earn that position . It will be great if they have systematic progression for each T levels. This are all minor problems that we can work with so it is still good in overall. There can be some gundus in this company but if you know how to handle then then you are good.
