      Nice Workplace

      Pros

      It´s a good looking place to work, there´s some issues with General Managers but it´s still a place where you can learn, but on your functional area.

      Cons

      There is a culture that only the people whom came from Catholic University could grow and be considered for high level positions as a Managers for instance.
