      A great job to get your foot in the door

      Cons

      Although I work in a store. I wish I could do some type of OT and, be able to accumulate more PTO from working more days which I see the company doesn’t do that they go by experience in the company.

      There are pros, but they quickly dilute in this toxic environment

      Cons

      Relentless and unyielding pressure to work long, unpaid hours. While I was there, 14-16 hr days were totally normal for weeks at a time. There is a pervasive clash of business cultures within management ranks. Actually, I'm being too PC, it's also the actual culture, an actual clash of American cultural norms that clash with another culture that is significantly represented in key ranks/positions as a result of a merger. Anyway, too deep for this space. It's a cold environment, both temperature-wise and vibe-wise.
