      Not well managed

      Pros

      You will run into good people. They are the obese have many years with the company and not willing to make a change.

      Cons

      It’s a company not properly managed so you may be working for a manager who is totally not qualified for the job but only got it because of relationships and tenure. It a good position to be in at all. Change job ASAP.
