      great pay, benefits, pension, home daily

      Cons

      not a driver friendly company! everything about our job is seen as a liablility, never a word about the positive things we do and staying safe. if someone in another country has an accident, rollover, we get talked to like it was in our terminal. no positive reinforcement at all.

      You a Pawn in a large board (Always Replacable)

      Pros

      High Salary (high risk for Retrenchment), bonus is quite good, there are salary increment tho not much, safety is very strict however no budget for it 😏

      Cons

      Its like you are in a Game of Thrones series. You are doing good, hitting all KPI’s, willing to stay late to finish up work, sacrifice your weekends for work without OT, all because you wanna stay loyal. Next thing you know, out of a sudden HR pay you a visit say you are under 24hrs notice due to company not performing well. Just like that you were retrenched. You were left speachless, your whole world suddenly colapse, left wondering. You are always replacable mo matter how much yiu have put into the company.
