      decent pay, good insurance. new equipment.

      Cons

      management team are a bunch of clowns. they tell you one thing and do another. watch every pay stub like a hawk because they will cheat you every chance they get! They will try and work you every hour that your log will allow. they think your life should be linde and linde only!

      Linde offers a great career opportunity

      Pros

      The benefits and salary are excellent for a career driving cryogenic tankers! Drivers are well compensated for the ability to learn the job, and demonstrate that knowledge learned to be successful.

      Cons

      You start off at the bottom. The job isn't a M-F 9-5. Every driver will began by working nights and weekends. As you gain seniority, you can bid on better shifts. The company is very safety oriented and the trucks are equipped with DriveCam. The misconception about it is that it constantly streams your every move but that's not the case. Only when something triggers the camera does it record and if you're following company policy e.g. (seatbelt on, no phone, no distractions) you'll have nothing to worry about.
